Cap-Haitien Christian School was started as Cowman International School for missionary kids on the grounds of One Mission Society Haiti in the 1960s. The school is named after Charles and Lettie Cowman who were the founders of OMS in 1901. These days, Cowman retains its focus on Jesus Christ but missionary kids make up only a tenth of our diverse student population.

Maxiane Petit-Papa, Alumni
Being a grownup is difficult. You stress about what to wear, what others think about you, how you need to pass certain classes, and it all just becomes overwhelming. Well, one of the things I have learned so far is that being honest with God, yourself, and others is a great help. Being honest about how you feel and think creates a freeing mindset. It is not easy but I promise you, it is one of the best gifts you will ever give yourself.
